These terms apply when you publish or view a city guide through Map My Day. You remain responsible for content you publish and must have the right to share it.

Acceptable content

Do not publish unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative or privacy-invasive content. Do not use shared links to distribute malware, spam or content that infringes another person’s rights.

Permanent links and revocation

A published link is readable by anyone who has it and may be forwarded. You can revoke your link, which removes its payload from our server. Revocation cannot retrieve copies that another person already imported or saved.

Moderation

Readers can report shared content. We may remove content or block a publishing installation when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law or enforce these terms.

Availability

The service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We take reasonable measures to preserve permanent links, but network, platform and legal constraints may affect access.
